Experience the magic of Iceland!
Hvannadalshnukur (2110m) is Icelands largest mountain and forms per of the Vatnajokull National Park.
On this amazing adventure you will be able to experience the unique culture that has made Iceland such a popular destination and marvel at the ever changing volcanic landscape!
Day 1 - Arrive at Keflavik airport and self drive to your accommodation option in Skaftafell area. Your guide team will visit you at your accommodation to ensure kits checks and say hi!
Day 2 - Guided assent of Kristinatandar (1055m) to warm up and check equipment. The summit ridge has an unforgettable view of 2 of the main areas glaciers sweeping toward the coast. The afternoon with be spent exploring the glacier and ice caves! (subject to glacial movement and conditions)

Day 3 - An early alpine start to summit Hvannadalshnukur. 12-16hrs
Day 4 - Rest morning and then drive to Reykjavik via Thingvellir, the meeting place of two continents!
Day 5 - Independent sight seeing day in Reykjavik
Day 6 - Depart Keflavik
